In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, and the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon onto a baking sheet then spread two tablespoons of sour cream mixture on top of each salmon filet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until barely done in the center at the thickest part of the salmon.

• milk or cream

• bread crumbs
• butter or margarine, melted
• lemon juice
• onion, chopped
• dill, dried

How to Make Great Salmon Loaf

1. Combine all ingredients, using 1/2 of the bread crumbs. Shape into a loaf in a buttered loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. If your family doesn't like dill , it can be eliminated.

• liquid smoke flavoring
• dried parsley flakes or 1 cup
• chopped nuts ( any kind you like) i like pecans

How to Make Salmon Loaf

1. Drain salom; remove all bones. Add softened cream cheese, onion, and liquid smoke. Form into loaf or ball. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
